Can anybody identify this artist please?

Hi everybody,
I collect paintings from car boot sales(yard sales) and anywhere I can find.
I have a painting here,its a watercolour.
I cant see a signature anywhere.
Does anybody have any idea who the artist might be or seen any very similar style works?

I see some squiggly lines under the accordian(?) That's not handwriting is it?
