Hello & thanks for taking the time to help. This is hanging on a wall in a hospital. I've tried to buy it from them, but no luck. I couldn't find a signature. it just seems to be a framed poster replica. |

Google images to the rescue again. It appears to be a painting by Johann Martin van Rohden.

The one I took a picture must be some type of replica because the posters seem to have more of a red orange color where as the one I saw was more blue green. Any advise?

Go to Google Images and click on the "camera" icon (in the search box). Then you can either paste in the URL of an image or you can upload one from your computer. As for the color problem, maybe you can keep looking around or check on eBay for the exact same print the hospital has. |

I've spent ten years looking for this
All the posters/prints appear to be that color. ( I ordered poster right away ) I have spotted a canvas replica online. Should I pounce on it? Are these reproductions hard to come by? Or just keep looking? Thanks for telling me about the picture search, I didn't know I could do such a thing! |
