Need help to identify the artist - Etching
Does anyone recognize this artist? I can't find anything on this artwork. It is number 185/350, but not sure of the medium used and can't identify this signature. Hope someone can assist. I also added a picture of the label on the back of the frame. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that link Comical one. I have always loved his work..reminds me of childhood..he depicts time standing still...real towns turned into a mystical..fairyland.
