I think one might read "C. Ogle". Either that or Oghe, but Ogle seems like a more possible name. I found these paintings That also seem to be signed C. Ogle.

I can't read the other signature at all. Frankly both paintings look like they may have originated in China and are signed with pseudonyms, but that is just a guess. I don't mean to say they're bad - Asian realist painters can be extremely talented - but the one looks like a painting of Chinese sampans and the other has a generic decorative typical of such mass produced paintings.

I also found this item by C. Ogle on eBay. I can;t figure out how to link to it, so I'll just post a screen capture. I had to search on the title name and then select "Show only/Completed Items" along the left-hand side.

As I said it may be a pseudonym and there is no "C. Ogle" at all. If there is, it does not appear to be a well known artist. I am not an art expert, but I would look for a more contemporary artist, not one from the 19th century or before.
