    Hi

I've just completed a mixed media collage but I'm not happy with it. The subject matter (two koi carp) don't stand out enough and seem to blend into the background. Whilst I've outlined them with a metallic bronze pen, I was wondering whether a black outline would make them 'pop' a bit more? Any advice would be very welcome! Click image for larger version

No, don't touch it; you won't fix it. I see nothing wrong, pictorialy--if it's not what you wanted to say, then do it over. maybe with a more koi-pondish background.
Every time you screw with it, you get farther away from your Creative Moment...so re-create, don't embellish.
