  • Artist Named Clark -- What is this?

This just seems a little odd. At first glance, it looks like a colored print that the artist colored after making it. There are even colored pencil lines on the back of the print, as if the artist was testing the colors (or maybe somebody was just doodling). If you look at the trees, etc., it does look like some color/highlighting was added by hand. But..... if you look at the edges, esp. top and right, it looks like someone scanned it into their computer and made a copy. I'm not sure which way to lean, and would welcome some sage advice. BTW, I'm assuming it's Thomas Clark, contemporary American author, because of the Impressionistic style, but I could be a good ways off.
